The Platinum, Gold and Bronze Rental Packages at Smithview Pavilion come complete with the following items: 25 round 60" tables, 400 white garden chairs, 6 banquet tables, 6 high-top bistro tables, 30 white floor length table linens, the use of our prep kitchen facilities (no oven), bridal suite, groomsmen room for 4 hours, free WiFi and a 20% off coupon with our sister company, Flower Shop. Also included in these three Packages is complimentary use of the Smithview property for your photographer to take Engagement/Bridal photos (this photo session must be scheduled with our office). We offer additional linen sizes, fabric choices and various colors of cloth napkins for an additional rental fee. Coordinating/wedding & event directing is included with our Premium Platinum Package and may be added on to our Gold and Bronze Packages for an additional fee.
Our rental Packages at the Life Event Center come complete with the following items: 15 round tables, 120 chairs, 4 banquet tables, free WiFi and the use of our kitchen facilities. White table linens may be rented for $10 each; various colors of cloth napkins are available for a nominal rental fee. Needing flowers? May we suggest our sister company located directly next door, Flower Shop. Coordinating/wedding & event directing packages are available. This venue will accommodate a maximum of 120 guests.
Our rental Package at the Hampton Hall comes complete with: 8 round tables, 75 chairs, 4 banquet tables, free WiFi and the use of the double kitchenettes (no ovens). White table linens may be rented for $10 each, various colors of cloth napkins are available for a nominal rental fee. This venue will accommodate a maximum of 75 guests. Our sister company, Flower Shop, offers custom floral designs, table decor and other decorative options for your special event.
