Package Amenities

The Platinum, Gold and Bronze Rental Packages at Smithview Pavilion for our wedding couples come complete with the following items: a variety of tables and chairs, floor length table linens, the use of our prep kitchen facilities (no oven), bridal suite, groomsmen room for 4 hours, free WiFi and a 20% off coupon with our sister company, Flower Shop. Also included in our 3 Package options is complimentary use of the Smithview property for your photographer to take Engagement/Bridal photos (this photo session must be scheduled with our office). We offer additional linen sizes, fabric choices and various colors of cloth napkins for an additional rental fee.    

Our rental Packages at the Life Event Center for our wedding couples come complete with the following items:  15 round tables, 120 chairs, 4 banquet tables, free WiFi and the use of our kitchen facilities. Table linens may be rented for a nominal fee . Needing flowers? May we suggest our sister company located directly next door, Flower Shop. This venue will accommodate a maximum of 120 guests.

Our rental Package at the Hampton Hall comes complete with:  8 round tables, 65 chairs, 4 banquet tables, free WiFi and the use of the double kitchenettes (no ovens). Table linens may be rented for a nominal fee. This venue will accommodate a maximum of 65 guests.
